Daily Concepts’ fearless leader, Emilio is an admitted clean freak, as well as a bath and shower expert. Where he came up with the idea for the scrubbers label indicators? The shower, naturally. Born and raised in Mexico City, Emilio joined his family business – the leading bath accessory company in Mexico – in 1993. He moved to Los Angeles in 2006, where he lives with wife Joanne, DC mascots Tala and Rocco, and, Daily Concepts’ most recent members, his daughter Terrie and beloved son Salo. Emilio’s brain works overtime in the shower, coming up with new products for Daily Concepts, or belting out the lyrics of favorite songs.

Not your cookie cutter gal! Christina enjoys travel, running by the ocean and challenging herself with new experiences- most recently including her graduation from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. Now, joining the Daily Concepts team in Sales, Christina is a true hybrid; utilizing her knowledge of fashion and beauty marketing with her love for writing and communicating in order to help connect with people that demand quality, insist honesty and value a fresh perspective. And for the record, Christina prefers to get her singing done in LA traffic and her thinking done in the shower!

Steven joins Daily Concepts bringing 30 plus years of hands on sales and sales management leadership experience in the consumer packages goods industry. A results oriented sales professional with a consistent record of success and national achievement with mass, club, drug, food, discount, health, c-store, military, and specialty retailers nationwide.
A native and 5 th generation Texan, Steven enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his beautiful granddaughters, Isabella and Josephine. He is also looking forward to his newest granddaughter coming soon by the name of Leslee..
As a new member of the Daily Concepts team, I will always think in the shower (singing is not an option) of new ways to expand the availability of the Daily Concepts line of products to the American public.

Architect, interior design expert, beauty junkie… The list of things Joanne is good at is extensive. Including seeking out stories for the DC blog. Born and raised in Mexico City, Joanne spent summers in Peru with her grandparents, solidifying her Polish and Peruvian roots, as well as learning family beauty secrets. Her biggest pleasure — enjoying a nice, warm bath, especially when it involves sharing bubbles with her little one, Terrie.

With a background that includes engineering, manufacturing, product development and business management, Simon is the go-to person for bringing a product to life. His true passion is learning how things work, therefore he’s committed to making sure Daily Concepts’ products are flawless and meet the highest standards. His thoughts on bath time? “I love taking a time to reflect in the shower. Cleanliness is my middle name!”

Valeria collaborates in Daily Concepts’ product development and package design. Born in Mexico City, she studied Industrial Design in both Mexico and Milano, Italy. Her theory — designing with love and soul is what brings her work alive.
Beyond offering design services, Valeria and her husband Andrés design/develop furniture for children (they’re the happy parents of two). Valeria’s bathing habits? Quick, early showers on weekdays, and lingering family baths on weekends.

Aliesh advises Daily Concepts in brand extension. Having over 25 years experience as a fashion/entertainment industry makeup artist and skincare specialist, she’s an all-around beauty expert. Additionally, Aliesh is the author of Milady’s Aesthetic Series: Treating Diverse Pigmentation and is featured in the entertainment industry guidebook Put Your Dreams First: Handle Your [entertainment] Business. While she still maintains a list of long-term makeup and skincare clients, Aliesh has become a sought-after consultant for both recognized and emerging cosmetic brands seeking to reach new markets. Her personal mission: to help women create their own unique definition of beauty.

Born and raised in Paris, France. I arrived with my family in L.A. over 20 years ago to live my wife’s dream. With experience in Business Development and organization,  I decided to join Daily Concepts to assist with all the operations so the company runs smoothly and efficiently. My passions are cooking and I love traveling, as far as the important business question:  I do think in the shower (I plan all my budget and forecast in the douche.) 🙂

Alexia was born and raised in Paris, France, worked 10 years in the fashion district called “Le Sentier” before moving to the U.S. with her husband and 2 daughters.
Few months ago, Alexia joined the Daily Concepts team as customer service manager, very energetic, she loves to think in the shower better than sings (luckily! J )

Born and raised in Italy, Barbara Manconi is the creative mind behind Green Steps Media, an international marketing and branding agency based in Los Angeles. After a successful career in Fortune 100 companies, in 2007 Barbara leaves the corporate world to dedicate herself to educating companies and students alike about the importance of embedding sustainability and social responsibility into their marketing strategies as a driver of value creation.


Garrett joined Green Steps Media in 2012. He is responsible for developing strategic relationships and partnerships for Daily Concepts as well as implementing the marketing strategy. Garrett loves to think in the shower, and prefers to listen to classics albums while taking a bath, since singing is really not his strong suit.

Having studied web development in High School, Nurit started very young to build web pages from scratch. Later on, she graduated as a Graphic Designer from the University of Buenos Aires, making the best of her type (a Design-Savvy Webmaster and programmer) she can design and code a whole website on her own and welcomes every new challenge that comes her way. It wouldn’t be strange to find her working at her computer typing at the rhythm of some Beatles’ tune or singing in the shower any Paul McCartney song while she scrubs away all the tension form her shoulders!
