You know there’s always something happening at Henri Bendel. Something happening in their New York City location right now — Daily Concepts! Let’s step inside, shall we?
A bit of history — Henri Bendel moved to New York from Lafayette, Louisiana, opening his first shop in 1895. Branding genius that he was (and way ahead of the curve on this trend), Bendel introduced his trademark brown and white stripped shopping bags and boxes in 1907. Definitely a classic in our book. In fact, Bendel’s stripes celebrated their 100th anniversary in 2007.
Over the years, an influx of talent has made its way through Henri Bendel’s doors from Coco Chanel (yes, Mr. Bendel brought her brilliance to the US), Andy Warhol, at one time an in-house illustrator for Henri Bendel, followed by Izak Zenou, who brought the Bendel girl to life through his illustrations. And now, Daily Concepts couldn’t be happier to be keeping such good company on the shelves of this renowned brand.
We caught a peek of Daily Concepts when walking down the aisle.
A closer look was required. After trying on a hat or two with various shades.
Hello, Daily Concepts! But what about the tactile person who wants a touch test before hitting the shower?
Henri Bendel has you covered with this display. Some things to note when using Daily Concepts for your summer sloughing — our environmentally friendly, soy-based materials create a rich lather, while our natural cotton base layer and nylon exfoliating loops work their magic. Another plus — all Daily Concepts products are clinically, allergy and dermatologist tested. Have more questions?
