Tips for Healthier Looking Skin!

We all know that there are more factors in having great skin that just great skincare habits. For instance, eating plenty of vegetables and avoiding some not so great food is definitely a start.  

Numerous organs within the body may showcase when they are being neglected, by resulting in skin issues. For example, both the liver and kidneys are organs that filter out toxins in the body and can be overworked if your diet has not been so healthy. Eating vegetables such as kale, spinach, dandelion greens, and broccoli help attribute to healthier liver function. Other great food to include are seafood, and foods that are rich in antioxidants.

Furthermore, some foods you definitely want to avoid are foods with excess trans fat, processed foods, and pasteurized dairy products. Also the obvious thing to avoid excess of to maintain clear skin –sugar! Food and drinks like soda, doughnuts, and pastries all contribute to an inevitable break out!

The trick is to replace bad choices with better ones to keep both your body and skin as healthy as possible! Lastly, remember to always stay hydrated and drink plenty of water!
