Lenticular. That’s the technology used in the bus stop ad above that reaches different viewers in different ways.
The image on the left is what adults see. The image on the right is targeted towards children. Specifically, children who are undergoing abuse.
Aid to Children and Adolescents at Risk Foundation, or ANAR, an organization out of Spain, created the lenticular features of the ad to reach both children and adults. The reason for the differences…
Adults over 5′ 4″ see the image of a sad child with the message: “sometimes, child abuse is only visible to the child suffering it.”
What children see: bruises on the boy’s face and the words: “if somebody hurts you, phone us and we’ll help you” along with the foundation’s phone number.
