September is wine month in California. Not that we need an official month to sing the praises of wine. In fact, we recently found our way into Cost Plus/World Market for several concurrent sales that featured wines from around the globe.
The photo above of the grapes from Champagne Sécygné sent our hearts right over to France’s finest vineyards. Why limit ourselves to California wine country, after all.
Which got us to wondering… Have we been displaying our wines in the most honoring way possible?
As luck would have it, we received an email about the Vino Pins pictured above. At least one Daily Concept team member decries a lack of space, so this new display method seems like the answer to her problem.
Straight from VintageView Wine Storage Systems, these commercial-grade, aluminum pins are made to anchor from one to thousands of wine bottles.
We love the modern, minimalist design that doesn’t distract from the beauty of our wine bottles.
We’re impressed by the fact that the pins can expand to hold up to three bottles of wine. Not only that, but with special anchoring kits, they can affix to varied wall types, from concrete to drywall.
You can grab your own soon, with first available shipping starting September 18.
With the launch of the new product, VintageView is offering the following pricing:
Introductory Pricing (through Dec. 31, 2015):
- Starter Set (one bottle): $17
- Starter Set with Collar (one bottle, required for dry wall): $19
- Extension Kits (each, up to three-bottle depth): $17
Vino Pins will be available direct through VintageView and our extensive distributor network including Wine Racks America, Rosehill Cellars, Wine Enthusiast and more.
We give them a thumbs up design-wise, and can’t wait to check them out with our personal wine collections.
