Since the beginning, Daily Concepts has been passionate about showering the world with love through both our products and partners. Through our continued work with LavaMae, we have been able to provide hygiene services to our neighbors who do not have homes. With the help of buses converted into mobile shower stations, LavaMae has been able to foster humanity everywhere it goes.
From 2014-2023, LavaMae has served over 32,500 guests with their Mobile Hygeine and Pop-Up Care Village programs in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles County. At Pop Up Care Villages, guests could receive haircuts, clothing, housing aid, employment aid, and so much more. In total, showers have helped restore dignity for over 86,500 individuals.
Daily Concepts and LavaMae have always shared the mutual goal to change the world one shower at a time. It is with sadness that we share the announcement of closure for LavaMae programs and operations. We will forever be grateful for the impact that LavaMae has had on the lives of many.
